The Sign center is 24 inches in diameter. Not sure how I will mount it. I am taking it to several trade shows, so it might go on a post along with some samples of other works. Ultimately it will go on the front wall of my carving shop at the gallery in Willow.

I have The Dewalt 618. I run it every day up to 8 hour shots, since November. I am no machinist so really could not comment on it's quality, it just runs and I have had no problems. I would be interested in the noise level of other units, but can't really comment on how long this unit might hold up.

We do lots of Moose signs for cabins in Alaska, so this a new design i just finished in ASPIRE

anyone have any suggestions on how to transition from the flat bottom of the carving up to the top outer edge?
