Re: Help With a strange problem
Hi Bill Unfortunately I am not a G-Code guru. My Background in in Mechanical , and Electrical Engineering, but I never got into the Coding. I have been working more in troubleshooting of the problem as I changed the cut angle from 45 to 135 degrees. It ran ok on the size project I have been trying t...

Re: Help With a strange problem
Yes I am finishing at a 45 deg agle. I would think if there is a shift in the gantry it would do it at several places at random but a good thing to check. I have set up different sizes of the project and same results. So it is consistant in the ratio, always in the same area. I think I will re-run i...

Re: Help With a strange problem
Hi Bill
The projects I ran are in cut 3-d that I ran. The way I understand the program does not have a way to look or modify the nodes or vectors like Aspire does. I purchased the bass from vector Art 3-d. The moose came with cut 3-d with the samples. That is why I am confussed.

Help With a strange problem
I have run into a new problem and am hoping someone can point me in the right direction to fix it. I am duplicating the problem both in using cut 3-d and photo carve so it has to be in the Mako or the controller. In the top left part of the project it is not cutting as deep and finishing properly as...

using vector clip 3-d
Hello everyone, I am not sure I am putting this in the correct catagory but I have been using my shark mako and learning alot. I was looking around as I have been running cut 3-d with the 3-d samples from vector art 3-d and like what they offer but wondered about other opportunities like vector clip...

Hi Everyone, I have one of the Mako's and like many of the post talk about the router holder loosens up. I had read on here about a aluminum upgrade holder that a gentleman by the name of Bob has information about that can be purchased for around $40 but I can not seem to find the post again, Can so...
