I had a problem also, I had downloaded the Ver 2.0 -7 from the link provided when I bought the program. I emailed next wave support and they responded with a new download Ver 2.0 -9 and I installed it. I now have a working controller, and having played with the new feature Virtual Zero and found it ...

Touch Plate problem
I getting a little gun shy about using the touch plate, am I doing something wrong? With an end mill it works just fine, but with a V-bit I go through the process 1- touch the plate to the bit "Success" 2- then press enter, it drives the V-bit into the plate and I have to press the E-Stop. Shark HD2 Table runout
I just set up my new Shark HD2 and starting to play.
I have found the table in the X direction is not level to the Gantry by about 1/8".
Have not checked the Y yet.
I have read the documentation and searched this forum to no avail.
Any help on how to align the table would be appreciated.
