Or you can go my route . . . I went to the local cabinet installers and asked them for their scrap. They install this stuff and cut large holes for kitchen sinks etc. They throw this stuff away. I picked up about 300lbs. of it. Yes it is thicker but I just run a routine to mill down a piece to 1/4" ...

You could make pocket 6 bigger to wipe out the ears . . .since I see the outer material is to be eliminated right? correction.jpg I reran the file with my correction and it removed the ears . . . I posted the file but I am running the new aspire 4.0 and previous Vcarve versions other than 7.0 can't ...

I ran it back and forth full length (54.5") works like a charm . . .
It is a shame I didn't run full length when I bought the machine . . . I could have found this back in 2010. . .

Just some advice . . . if you have unstable power like I do here . . . if you backup the computer and controller but not the router . . .you will shove the router through the material busting up the material . . .bits . . .and put unreal pressures on the gantry assembly . . . I bought a battery back...

Depending on if you have a 1/2 collet in your router . . .they don't make 1/4" I see. . . .

Yes . . .I just made a folder called old config . . . .and placed every file in the doc/shark... folder in the old config folder and started the program . . .still same result 37.4

OK I renamed and moved the config file . . .same result . . .I went back in to the doc folder and it did not make a replacement file . . . .
