Re: Dust Collection Hose Location
Thanks Jim, that gives me some ideas. How is the sleve on the side attached to the side of the arm?

Dust Collection Hose Location
Does anyone have a good idea how to keep the dust collection hose elevated and out of the way while in use to prevent pinching or draging on the table? I have tried several different ways and they end poorly. If you do, please post a picture.....Thanks.

Re: Pinstripe Dolphin Insignia
That looks great. How did you import the dolphins? Trace them? I have had a hard time importing anything. Advice?

Re: CNC goes hard left on Load G
Attached is the file. It was 20MB so I deleted the 3Ds, vcarve patches and a few designs and got it to 1.5MB. The other TPs run fine, just the signatures are the issue. Thank you for you help and any advice.

There are 7 T...

CNC goes hard left on Load G
Running a "quick engrave" tool path with 16 signatures in a plaque (not on metal but right onto the wood). (Tried doing it from the vcarve/engrave but I cant figure out how to close the vector thing so the software wont ignore the signatures I traced....different issue) When I click on run (in have ...

Shark Noises
I have the 60th Ann CNC shark and it is quite or what I would consider normal when moving on the X and Z axis but when it is going to the "0" on the Y axis (jogging the axis) it makes a squeal noise. I have greased the "screw" and stabilizers. Ideas on what I should do or what it could be?

Tool database
I have modified the tool data base to my tool box. I do designing on a "clean" computer and hookup my "dirty" laptop to the Shark. I can transfer files and TP but any one know how to quickly transfer tool database so I can make them the same?
