Did you pocket the front or the rear of the plexiglass or the rear. Or would it really matter?

Re: UK acrylic
I didn't think about the copyrights, I better check into it. Most of the things i have done has been gifts or at cost of supplies. I tried sanding the edges and using a torch but really havent had much success getting a nice smooth edge. A lot of my trouble comes from trying to hurry.

UK acrylic
I made an acrylic for a friend and now it seems to be a hot request. It is a 6x6 which seems to be a nice desk top size for someone at work. This is made with a 1/8 in ballnose and a depthof .006. The problem I have is what to charge for them? I probably have $15 invested with the power supply, acyl...

I used two sided tape to hold the acrylics together and cut the yellow, then pulled off the top acrylic and all i ha...

Acrylic carving question
I made this as a gift and it turned out pretty good but in the letter M you can see the patterns made which I would like to clean up if I can. I used a .125 ballnose bit and cut .005 deep. Would a .125 endmill clean it up or is there something I can adjust in the profile settings? The M is yellow bu...

litho light blinking
I have a couple lithophaned completed that for some reason the LED lights blink on and off. I solder the lights to the power source and when I complete one I let the lights stay on for quite some time to see if there are any issues. I haven't seen any issues with the lights when I had them but after...
