This is the answer I got from nextwave. The Virtual zero unlimited will be a feature based strictly in the new control panel. As of this moment the New Control Panel does not have a set release date. The new control panel will have to be utilized in order to get access to the virtual zero unlimited ...

Give them a call (419)491-4520 at nextwave. Some of the new items aren't out yet for sale. I'm waiting for Ready2Control software which should be available Dec 1st

You do not use The output direct to machine because the shark doesn't use that function. What model shark do you have?
