I really think it looks great, I've tried to cut several of these many times and read all the tutorials many times and all I've accomplished is ... and you've guessed it failure many times

Yes that's the project I was thinking about didn't remember it being so large and while I do have cut3d not sure my shark and I would be able to handle it.

I seem to remember a while back that Tim had carved a shark out of foam, I now have a grandson that's into sharks and thought that it would be a fun project

Can you tell me what your actual runout is, I tried shimming the router this weekend and since its better but still not touching all the way around probably .09 off still that maybe my problems in the gantry. There really out to be some specific directions for squaring this machine up.
