4dThinker This is my stop gap to deal with the gantry sag. I also found you can add paper shims in the center between the gantry and the board to correct the sage so you have the same cut depth in the center as the sides It can make a big differenc if you are cutting a large area with a lot of detail.

The .0625 ball nose would be for a finish cut only. I should have also included a 0.125 ball nose which would get much more use than a 0.0625. Sorry Mike

Mike Some may want to do the male cut first. That way you can test fit the mail into the female pocket befor you remove the female from the table and maybe lose your zerro setting. This is one way I have used I just took a SWAG at the dia of the bolts. The one thing to keep in mind is you need to be able to drop the T bolt through the round hole BUT the head of the T Bolt sould not be able to spin a round once it is in the track. Cut with a 0.25 EM
