I am trying to cut out some objects and the cutouts are the waste side. I am cutting these out using the cut inside line option and want to add leads but the leads are added to the outside not the waste side. If I change the cut location to on the line the leads move to the inside of the cutout wher...

OK SO I AM NEW AT THIS AND ALL I NEEDED TO DO WAS ADD SOME LEADS. I HAVENT CUT ANY NEW ONES YET BUT AS I SEE IT THIS SHOULD FIX THE PROBLEM.
