So, you didn't put anything on the wood 1st? I've had bark peel back after about 6 years from stuff I didn't stablize first.

Well, if that is something that you don't know what you're doing then I can't wait to see your good stuff. You have good taste when slecting the wood. You got the grain to match the picture. That takes talent.
