Upgrade pc help in speeding up cutting time?

I have a 1.6 ghz laptop. If i upgrade to a newer and faster laptop, will that help speed up cutting time? Example 1 hr to 45 minutes?

Hi, I have sharp pro cnc router. The z axis is limited to approximately 4.25 in. There is a Porsche car in cut3d software that I like to make.
