Thanks, I toyed with the same idea at the time but the machine is still under warrantee and was uncomfortable doing it at the time. Hopefully they will call me back in the morning and get more insight. But if it happend again I think I will try it just so I will know.

My wife convenced me to wait until after we move before getting the Shark. Even though I have the money set aside the prudent thing to do is wait for now incase any unplanned expenses come up with the move.
