Well, darned if the answer isn't "read the directions!"

Found it with a bit more searching, open a new file, draw the right half of the bit shape, select it, then open the tool database, create a new tool and it'll populate with the bit shape just drawn.

We've an Infinity Tools Point Cutting Bit, 58-500B, using it for sign lettering, but can't figure out exactly how to define the bit in VCarve to use with our Shark HD.
