Re: Help with the Fuzzies
There are a couple of things that you can do. Depends on what kind of carving you are doing. If it is letters or small areas that are hard to get to, the simplest is to hit it with a light spray of shellac and then rerun the carving .01 deeper. That can be time consuming depending on the complexity ...

Re: Selling Shark Pro with entire shop.
Thanks for the kind words. I really missed fishing and don't have time for both plus I want to buy a larger bass boat. Selling this will put me one step closer to getting a better boat. I have about 8 years before I retire. I figure that I will buy another machine and equipment at that time. I thoug...

Re: Breakage
Mine broke but not from using the machine. I've had the bit bind in the material and flex the gantry but the holder held. It is primarily there to keep the router from sliding up or down. Re: Unstable Shark Pro +
I've had it happen a few times. It could be a power issue. Is it running on it's on circuit or do you have other things on it? Are you cutting near the limit of it's range of motion? Are you cutting too fast or too deep causing it to lose it's zero? I have experienced, when changing bits it had not ...

Re: anniversery model reviews needed
You say it is to save your business. I recommend you sit down and decide what you need the machine to do exactly and investigate all of your options before committing to any model or even brand. I'm not sure what kind of pieces you are trying to make. Wood and plastic it can do. Aluminum it can do b...

Re: Compare Shark and 3040
Most times you get what you pay for. I don't know anything about the machines but did a quick search and saw some samples that it had done in what appeared to be aluminum. It didn't look very good. I was a little surprised they put the pics for examples in the ad. As far as steel, that's probably go...
