Very easy. For me, at the beginning of any of them they all seem complex, but as you begin to work on them it just seems they eventually all make sense and come together easily. Hope you decide to build one, and if you do, we're here to help :)

The HO mock-up. It's currently out to have a finish applied. Well on track for completing it in 2-3 weeks.

She isn't completed yet, but below is his Harmonic Oscillator clock after pre assembly and pre finish. Hope to have her done within 2-3 weeks

Beautiful work! Was wondering if it's to late to make a suggestion. Have you ever considered using brass for the running axles? Polished brass in clean wood arbors offer a very low drag, potentially giving you a slight edge. You need only polish the axle where it runs in the frame. ...but I personal...
