I wish I could offer a solution for you; but I have tried to get my Shark to run on three different Dell laptops, and it has never worked for me. I work with computers a lot at work so I have access to old machines, new machines, USB 1, USB 2 62 bit, 32 bit, XP Windows 7 etc. I finally gave up and am using an old tower that I had lying around.

I tried 3 different laptops with windows 7 64 bit & get an error when loading the gcode on the shark control panel. I don't think the control panel is compatible windows 7 64 bit on a laptop.
