I was running some of the first programs on my new to me Shark yesterday and noticed an issue and i'm not sure if it's computer related or software related.
I was cutting some 3D parts and everything loaded into the Shark 2.0 controller panel just fine. As i would get about 50ish (never consistent) lines into a program the software would partially freeze up. All the buttons except for estop would grey out. The program would still be running the router just fine, but i no longer was able to adjust the feed percentage, pause, etc. Worse case was if i didn't let the program run it's entirety, i would loose my zero points.
Has anyone experienced this?
How do i tell if it's computer related or software related?

That happened to me. It's computer related. Once a program is running it's stored in the controller. I waited till the program finishes than I restart my computer. Make sure nothing is running in the background on your computer. Screen savers, virus protection, internet connection etc.

So make sure nothing is listed in Task Manager under Applications?

Turn off the screen saver and set your power options to never off. This will prevent your computer from turning off or going to sleep in the middle of a carve job.
Turn off any scheduled maintenance tasks so they don't start running during a job. Turn your networking and wifi off, it will prevent the computer from checking for new mail or downloading or checking for updates while a job is running.
After turning off the wifi you can turn off the virus software so it is not running scans while a job is running or trying to determine if your job is a virus trying to take over your system.
