Raised Panel with BobART

This is a video of how to create a raised panel with the BobART software. Because this is something I haven't done before I am looking for feedback.

Looks good but isn't this a panel thats sunken into the timber rather than a raised panel which usually comes up out of the timber? Maybe I'm miss understanding something.

I'm wanting to learn how to do it but I only have Vcarve Pro. Do you know if its possible or will I need to use BobArt?
