Thats an Aspire file. I'm getting Aspire for Christmas......... of 2015 LOL But only have VCarve right now. Guess I'll have to sit down a draw it out in VCarve. What kind of tollerance did you allow for the fit on the top and bottom?

OK, for all you V-carve users, here is the V-carve file. Strange, Aspire doesn't have a save as V-Carve option, but I was able to export the dxf file.

Also, the depths should be as follows:
box top pocket= 0.3"
box bottom pocket=0.5"
box bottom profile cut=0.25"

I used a -.010" offset on the top pocket that seems like a lot when you dry fit it, but snugs up after finish is applied.

Added another pocket cut that gives you six pockets for earring storage in the bottom part.

Haven't tried to cut this one yet, so caveat emptor, lol.
