Stool kit update

This is a stool kit I designed for the basic Shark. Both sheets of parts could be machined at the same time on a larger Shark. The kit consists of two 3/4" X 12" X 18" pieces of plywood. Note: The plywood I used is kind of rare because it measured exactly 3/4" thick. Plans would need to be modified for a tight fit with the thinner version that is readily available.

After cutting the tabs with a jigsaw, I used a 1/8" radius piloted round over bit for all trimming, including the tabs.

This stool could be resized depending upon your needs.

Bob,
Great looking stool. Thanks for sharing your CRV file. I'll be making one. It is not only nice to get a CRV file and a new project to do, but you learn from and see how others create and run their machines. Not sure how I missed this post earlier. Must have been out in the swamp or spending too much time riding the big green tractor. (John Deere)

Buc,
I think we just drove by your place yesterday (well, 100 miles away on 80) as we were returning from visiting our daughter in State College. Romping in the swamp sounds like fun.

I have another project in the works...a rocking chair. I'll post when completed.

Finish machining my Stool Kit. Rounded the edges of legs on the table router so the parts fit snuggly together. Nice .CRV file and nice running program. Added my picture to see how my stool is being used. Good job Bob.

Buc,
Thanks for posting that picture! I'm always curious to see how the projects work out for others.
Who's the little guy sitting on it?

Bob,

That is Rocky Buckley sitting atop the stool. He is leagally stuffed. The stool material used was Burch plywood.
