using vector clip 3-d

Post by John 49047 »

Hello everyone,

I am not sure I am putting this in the correct catagory but I have been using my shark mako and learning alot. I was looking around as I have been running cut 3-d with the 3-d samples from vector art 3-d and like what they offer but wondered about other opportunities like vector clip 3-d. I see some item I like there also. But this is my question which file format works with the cut 3-d from them reading through their info I did not see compatability information. I know I am still learning and hoped someone might either point me in the right direction for me to research it.

Thanks a million.

John,

Cut3D supports most of the industry standard 3D Mesh file formats.

STL, 3D DXF, 3DS, OBJ, WRL, LWO, V3M

I use mostly stl files for cut3d. I have lots of files from http://www.vectorclip3d.com/ and I download the stl files from them. Also download the free files from there. http://www.vectorclip3d.com/?ses=pub_Mj ... 3OjMy&id=5
