Re: Another inlay
Great job. I have not purchased my Shark yet but will do so within a month or so. Does it take Aspire software to do the inlays or will VCarve do it? Is it hard to do...long learning curve?

Re: Another inlay
It's part of Vcarve..
Re: Another inlay
VCarve comes with the Shark. I guess I don't perceive that it was a long learning curve but then I have some experience with GIS (Geographical Information Systems) software and some limited knowledge of CAD programs like AutoCad. That being said if you understand somewhat the difference between vectors and rasters you probably are already halfway home. It's like most high end software and hardware, you can get 5% of its capability and be perfectly happy or push the limits and get fantastic results. There isn't a week that doesn't go by that I don't see something on the forums that totally blows me away. We have some truly gifted and sharing members. Buy the system and ask questions. That's how you are going to learn. Post something here and you will be total blown away by the help and encouragement from the members.

Thanks for the very uplifting response. I've seen the Aspire tutorial videos and they all make sense. Just a matter of setting up the shark and playing with it.
