which is the Y=Axis carving direction on those boards? Can you mark it on the board then post?

As a quick suggestion, can you try slowing does your cuts to 30 ipm with 10 ipm plunge speed and see if it makes a difference.
That should reduce the cutting forces significantly. The Sharks have always been subject to loss of accuracy and cut quality when the cut speeds are too high,
If the cuts are still bad, and you have trammed the router and use a surfaced spolboard, you may have looseness in the machine at the bearings, couplers, or lead screws. Also check for any binding as the machine runs through its range of motion. Check your router and collets for runout. Those things tend to be the "usual suspects" in bad cuts.

There is just one major drawback to the water-cooled spindle --- it is not controlled by the cnc controller box. The operator/user turns it on/off and must set the rpms after it is turned via a rotary dial knob on the inverter which controls the spindle.
That is another gripe (rarely mentioned) that Nextwave Automation has failed to rectify with their products.

sorry if this was already mentioned, but are you ensuring your spoilboard is flat/even and your material is also flat/even?
and as noted above, tram if needed.

Looks like your router is not square to the base. One side is slightly tipped resulting in the bit being tipped which results in a slightly lower cut on one side and hence not level. You would need to place tape in the router holder make the router square. The correction can be tested by repeating your test cuts. I am new at this but this seems to be the problem. There are other posts on how to square your machine.
