Repair parts

Kudos to Rockler and the Next Wave Team. Asked Rockler over the holiday weekend what/how to request a repair part.
On the first business day after the holiday I had an e-mail from Rockler telling me to contact Next Wave directly.
Forwarded the e-mail to Next Wave and by 10:30 am Tim said the part would be sent that day.
