This is for my Great Nephew and God son Dylan. I don't think he reads the forum, his birthday is next month.
This is a piece of red pine from Michigan that I had left over from when I finished a room in my basement. It was used as a molding around the doors and windows.
Clear water based finish with a little glazing to bring out the carving a bit.

Here's what I did from the design stand point.
I made a 3D model of the molding in another program. Just drew the profile and extruded it to length. I then imported the STL file into Aspire and added the other components which conform to the imported model.
No 4th axis involved.
