Here they are. Nice and tight, no sanding yet. 8 degree angle, my first test cut off the machine. About 10 minutes to cut this set in 4 inch wide by 4/4 pine. CNC still amazes me what you can do. I'll be making some boxes soon. Here is my box joint: And here is my half blind fancy joint:

Thanks! The most challenging of these joints was the through dovetail. A difficult problem which I think I reduced to a simple solution. The carving files are useless without the set up and calculation details for full understanding.

Head spinning is still manageable.
Router-caused head spinning is controlled by using a lower speed setting

A very good tutorial. Thanks for putting it up for download. It's very similar to my hinges used in my fly boxes. I used a jig to hold the hinge parts and cut ten all at once. Mine are very straight forward, not complicated geometry like this, and the hinges are only 4 inches tall standing up on the CNC bed. I don't have to have them hang over the end of the bed.

Is there a post on how to make the router extension?

I used the Shark just to cut the Router hole. The clamp holes are shifted to one side, not symmetrical. Best thing was to cut the hole, align the clamp and drill. I made mine out of 3/4 HDPE.
