winusb.dll error

Anyone know how I can resolve the following error I am getting when I try to open the Basic Panel application?

This application failed to start because winusb.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

Somehow you are missing or the Windows USB DLL file is corrupt. You can go to Windows and type in USB.DLL download and the site should navigate you to the knowledge based results. Some anti-virus software "lock" certain DLL files, you might investigate that too.

I never did resolve the error but when I plugged in my Shark it worked. Go figure.

the fiest you use the machine, you will got this problem ,and you connect the PC to machine, the problem will be solve. because i used got the mistake.
but,i got another problem about use the machine,when i "load G-CODE" ,the PC got the alarm"load error:ERROR line 0 unable to open file", who can help me???
