I have quite a few shark original parts that were replaced when I upgraded my pro to supported bearings,

Hey Bob,
Thanks for the reply...My guess would be just about everything. The slide rails and lead scew pulled out of one side damaging the HDPE the router bracket is in bad shape too. I would think it would be best to get a new complete cnatry igantry if possible....

But...beggars cant be to picky! :D

What part of Fla are you in?

I am in sarasota. where in Fla are you?

I have the old linear bearings, lead screws, and plastic sides for the z axis that are spare.
I'm still using my gantry sides at the moment, haven't replaced them yet.

I would check with NWA for prices on the gantry side if yours is beyond repair.
did you damage both sides or only one? motor side or plain side?
Its not that complicated of a part, hopefully the cost won't break the bank.

check your bearing rods for straightness also.
your lead screw is very likely bent as they are not too resistant to bending.

Ha! Im in Bradenton!
I removed the gantry and sent it to a friend that has a shopbot, he are going to take it apart and see if he can recreate it.

Everything on the table is fine and travels properly, no bends or damage (amazing really) The gantry has damage to both sides the rails and lead screw was smashed out of one side and the motor was knocked of the other. The entire router assemble is in bad shape with bent and broken items all over. I will reach out to NWA and see what they have to offer...I was kinda hoping they would see this and jump in..lol...

Thanks for your help

We need to know what type of machine you have, Shark, Pro,Plus,HD?
Then that would help us determine what the price would be.
Sorry to hear about your Gantry. Is the X Axis motor shaft bent as well? Jim NWA

The gantry came off a pro plus, for expediency (and my fear of having issues after I repair,) I would prefer just to get an entire new gantry...thanks!!!!!
