uploaded 6.5

Yesterday I uploaded 6.5 from 6.0. Loaded a y axis tiled sign project. It ran the first tap just fine. Moved to second and it cut the first 4 letters fine. On the 5th letter (a P) it plunged and started to make the cut, on the second plunge it went into a horizontal cut and destroyed the letter and consequently the sign.
I reloaded the project to the controller and tried a dry run. The Shark went crazy. Went to center and just ran a small pattern.
Is there something I missed in the update?
Anyone have any ideas?

I'm not an expert but try these:

Check your post processors location.
Check your vCarve settings prior to saving to .tap

Is the setting the same in both versions? example is the setup the same position either lower left or center . Post processor the same. Try redoing the file in version 6.5
