Shark HD Laser Attachment-Is it worth it?

I'm thinking about buying that Laser Attachment with adapter for my Shark Pro Plus HD. Is it worth the $850?
Worth it is relative to you, I suppose.
The laser attachment works well if what you want to do is to burn the surface of the wood. Please understand the power factor of the laser that NWA sells. It can create incredible monochrome pictures in wood. I do not know what it will do to plastics.
If you want to use the laser to burn through 1/4 or 1/2 inch of wood, then you will be disappointed.
