I just bought a shark pro plus. I dont know if the control box even works. I cant get the downloads to work with xp all i get are errors about a usb etc. HELP!!!!

Hi - try looking over this post and the attachment that goes with it http://www.cncsharktalk.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=260. If you still have problems, please state them and a summary of what you've tried. The good news is that it is relatively straight forward with XP, you're probably missing a single step along the way.

Thankyou JEB2CAV, I realized I had another windows version installed that wasn't validated,Used computers can be a problem. I went with a fresh install of Vista home and the sharkpro plus is working as well as I expected, Note control box E stop must be turned after unpacking
