So it appears if you own a Shark, you are fairly well satisfied. I have to ask, can a spindle be put onto the Shark? I really want to use a spindle. I guess I just need to make a decision and go with it. I have researched the cnc machines to death. There are so many available.

I have went and looked at the Axiom, both models with router and with spindle. Extremely rugged. No software comes with them so there is an additional $600 investment plus clamps, etc.

So I went and actually looked at the new Rockler 60th Anniversary model Shark. The table is much improved! I cannot visualize flex in it but I suppose it is still -possible. As always, you folks are so helpful! I am considering everything. I want to make a decision as soon as possible but since this can be a significant investment, I want to try to make the best decision possible.

Thanks for the information. So if I understand you correctly, running a router for (4) hours two or three days a week I should be able to get a year out of the router before any problems.
