Another possibility is that there may be slippage somewhere else in the system. I would check your motor/lead screw couplings to make sure they are tight.
Yes, it *could* be the program. If you want to post the code for the letter E, we will have a look.

Re: Pocket paths problems
Steve, that last picture looks like you have some mechanical issues. I would definitely look the machine over and make sure everything is tight where it's supposed to be, and loose where it should be. No binding, and no grinding. As far as the original post, and the rounded corners....As Danwood sta...

Re: shark pro router clamp
Glad to hear that everybody is happy with them, and they are working as intended!
Eric, that is not my machine pictured. I have no information on any modifications. Sorry
Bob, yes, the price for the HD clamps did rise a small bit. The PRO clamps are still 45 + shipping.

I just want to thank everybody for their business, and hope that the clamps are performing well. I would also like to share some photos of the clamp installed, graciously given to me by a customer. Thank you!

Re: shark pro router clamp
The clamps for the pro models are now available. A big "thank you" goes out to Bob, and Mike! I did make a design change from the original, but it should not affect performance. As far as cost goes, they are $52 + 5.50 priority USPS shipping. A 1/4-20 allen bolt, and washer are included. The smaller...

Re: CNC Shark – Router Clamp Upgrade
Rod, I'm glad to hear that the clamp is serving it purpose well! Nice to know about the vibration dampening effect, too. I never thought about that aspect of it, but it certainly makes sense. At least now you don't have to worry about a slipping router ruining a project when your 90% completed. That...

Re: router clamp
Thank you Bob!If he thinks it is only the inside diameter that is different, you would get a HD clamp with a colt sized hole in it. It would be too big on the outside to fit your machine.

Re: Anyone use a plotter pen?
A bit late to the party on this one, but maybe it will help somebody. I made an extremely simple backplot pen. All you need is a common clicker type pen, a tool for cutting the ink tube and housing (if you want to shorten the pen), a pair of pliers, and a few minutes of your life. Details here.... h...
