Interesting, this might explain the issues I have been having. All this time I thought it was the table.

Is there an easy way to find dead center on my Shark so that I might align that with the center of my workpiece to allow for the largest piece that my machine is capable of? Or do I need to do it the old fashioned way with a ruler?

I had one broken when I received mine also. They were good about fixing it but maybe they need to come up with a solution when they ship them.

Yep, just ordered one a couple of weeks ago. It was like $52.50 with shipping.

Interesting, I hadn't thought of the heat. I noticed mine was lose at the end of a project, and noted it. Next time I went out to do something I went and fiddled with it and it was tight as could be, so I didn't change anything. Now it makes sense.

Hopefully it was just an isolated event. I'll cut the part over tonight and see what happens.

Well I didn't have the dust collector hooked up. The router was bottomed out in the mount so it couldn't have slipped and pulled down. Clean power. Been working fine up until this point. Have not yet installed virtual zero or 2.0.

one of my T-Nuts was broken when I received the machine. They send it to me for free and in came in one of those bubble wrap envelopes. Would be awful hard to justify $117 in postage on that.
