Nice work and idea.
I'm going to try this on cork coasters.

Here are 2 small plaques I made. Really a test of 3 -1Shot sign oil paint colors on a light backround to see how they look. Gold, Silver and gloss black Carved a bit too deep using a 1/32" Ball nose. Also numbers are too small for the depth and size. I have a couple of more to make so I will see how...

Still have to adjust letter spacing better,
I am going to make them with different submarine rates.
I was going to price them at $19.95 or $24.95. Please let me know your opinion on price.

Here is my latest Corian Carve.
It's12" across.
I modified it slightly after it was finished. Not polished yet.

Present for my sister's birthday. Rose in Corian. About 5" x 8"

I know how to do kerning just not sure what is "proper" kerning.

Job fell apart but still will work at it.

Are the letters too close too much space between some letters?
