I spoke with next wave tech support, and I was told that the anti-virus can conflict. I ran a 2 hour job yesterday, and it went okay. Yes. I read in this forum that may cause an issue. That was the first thing I did when I got the machine.

Thanks for the replies. I found my major error. I was saving the entire job to the sd card, and to do that I was moving the card from my computer to my controller. I re-read everything and I'm all sorted out now.
