Thanks 4D . I will do that. i thought i had got it registered, but i may missed that one . thanks will do that today.

yes i check plug ins first. also lost the scan section later. checked continuity on leads all ok. reloaded soft ware and the scan prob came back but no plate button. sometimes we over look the simple things afraid to use the scan probe, afraid of damaging it.

JUST GOT MY SHARK HD 2 COUPE WEEKS AGO. TOUCH PLATE WORKED FINE . THEN SUDDENLY ONE MORNING ON START UP IT WASN'T THERE. SCAN PROB SHOWS UP . NOT TOUCH PLATE. ANY IDEAS?

my touch plate is not being shown on screen when it's time for it. it worked fine for a while. then when i powered up next morning it wasn't there. HELP
