I just moved to FL, where the PC that had my controler software had to be reinstalled. I have shark controler software 1.6, I thought i had 2.0 installed before, but can not find the upgrade. Is there a link?

I have had this issue before, and with suggestions here was able to get rid of the "line" coming up in the model.

But now it is back and I am not sure what I am doing wrong, but it has ruined two very nice pieces of walnut that are now scrap.

Any ideas? i have included my setup as well.

You can look up the issues I had with my shark controllers and motors over the first year. While the customer service ( can't remember her name) rep was not the most pleasant, they were very responsive and turn around times were fast. I changed the Z setting and area machine strategy to raster and wallah!

Still a faint trace of that strange "line" but looks great!
