Without more info, it may your computer is going to sleep or to a screen saver mode. Try turning the screen saver off and change you settings so the computer dose not go into sleep mode. I hope this helps.

Do you have any screen savers or standby or power saver modes on your computer that may be turned on? If so, turn them off. Also if you have windows auto update turned on, it may reboot computer on its own. I hope this helps you.

My preview in VCARVE show square corners but when loaded and cut the G code shows G3 commands to radius the corners. A simple square being cut out will have a square corner at the start location and the other 3 corners will be given about a 1/8 to 1/4' radius corners. These are outside corners. Not ...

I got them off EBAY. I used the router to drill and cut the 1/8" aluminum plates that clamp the heat sinks on each side of the motors and used #8 screws with nylon insert lock nuts to clamp them together. First thing I found out after my first cut, the servo motors were very hot. In my world, heat kills. So I set up a water cooling system for the motors. I got water cooled heat sinks and clamped 2 on each motor. I have a water cooled spindle and did not want to use its pump for cooling. I got another...
