You shouldn’t count on a wire wound clear flexible hose as a ground…. The wire is insulated in the hose; it would not come in contact with the flow of air where the static is most likely to generate. You should run a BARE COPPER WIRE inside the length of the hose to the dust collector and ground it ...

Norseman , will Virtual Zero map the surface of the workpiece and adjust the G code path to conform to the surface map at all points on the surface so that a v-carve line will be of consistent width (depth) at all points on the workpiece? or am I misunderstanding it? It would probably be best to have Tim explain it, but here is my 'limited' understanding of the Software, basically with a touch plate, you should be able to take zero points across either your part, or your table. With these points the software will determine a base zero for those points recorded. ...

Just a quick note about the pin holes, if you use a 6.3mm drill bit (.248”) you can get the pin to stay put.
