I spoke with tech support this am. One thing that needs to be checked to make sure the software and pendant updates for the controls is registering the tool. I Dd It!
I asked for Christmas and got my 4th axis today. So before I happily start with the frustration of the learning curve and wasting material any advice for a new owner? I have had my CNC and turned out some great projects with it in the past 7 months. I have the HD4 EXT.

Thanks for the tips and video, tiling is what I needed to do so I could start, stop and move. Sign turned out great finishing touches on it today and then it will be in the first project section for a picture.
