I just ran into a similar issue yesterday. First, the chuck was starting to unscrew itself preventing full rotation. I just realized this was a question for Vectric software, not just Shark related. I received an answer from Vectric that said "at this time, it is not possible to laser on the 4th axis". Bummer, that is one of the main reasons I bought this setup...

I finally found the control on the pendant. I pressed the number box for the Z axis, in the window that opens I found an "A" button that changes the Z control to A control. I never saw that in any video or instruction manual. Maybe it is fairly new?

Help with lasering with 4th axis

I have searched the forum, but come up empty. I am trying to laser engrave on a wooden travel mug using the 4th axis. If I use the laser PP, the gantry moves in the Y axis. My original collet was marked with a "6", 6mm?? I took it out and installed the 1/4" marked collet.
