The Z axis is out of square with the base of the table front to back. That, I believe is called the nod. It is making typical lines in the bottom of pocket cuts that go along the x axis. I had the same problem last year. I happened to notice that the round nut on the top of the spindle was loose. I tightened it up and the noise went away. I check it often and it loosened up a bit a couple times but not recently. The spindle still seems to be working ok.
