Re: How do you resume a carving after a stop
I don't think you can resume a Stopped carving or choose to start anywhere in the program with the NWA machines. You can only do so on a pause. The best you can probably do is edit the file: preserve the 'safe' code at the top. Everything else is positioning. Delete everything up to where you want t...

Re: Sign Routing
What Rockler is showing as a sign making bit is a box core router bit.
that probably falls under the category of a forming endmill. You'll have to look at the
tutorials for adding your own forming tool.

( Although I would never use the bed as the origin. ) what we can't see is where you've physically set the origin in the controlle...

Re: Virtual Setup - Runs past top
I don't know why it works when you bypass the virtual setup since
The gcode says your thickness is .25" but it plunges -.27 in several places.
that should cut too deep regardless of how you set it up.

simply rotate your design before creating the toolpaths. No need to mess around with cables.

Re: Router is not following g-code
I agree you've used the wrong post processor but I think even if you did I suspect the same tiny movements would be generated. while the file doesn't explicitly call out for metric or imperial movements my guess it has defaulted to inches. either way - first couse of action is to choose the correct ...
