I have been looking around for a 110v Spindle. I really wanted a ER20, everything I am seeing is 2.2kw 110v. I am seeing so much about the fact you can't run a 110v 2.2kw spindle and 110v period isn't the way to go for a spindle. Is anyone running a ER20 spindle out there at 110v? If so what spindle...

HD 5 Sensor on left side of gantry?
What does that little sensor do on the left side of the gantry? There is one on the gantry and one on the spindle carriage. Couldn't find anything about it in the manual.

DeWalt 618 Hot Collet
Anyone with a DeWalt 618 does the collet get pretty hot? After routing a 10 to 15 min the collet gets very hot to the touch. This is a new router just installed last week.

New HD5 Router Carriage Off by 3/16ths
I received my HD5 last night. During the setup I noticed the router carriage was way out of alignment. Actually all the bolts on the back of the gantry were loose. I was ale to get those tightened up and squared up the gantry mounts. The router carriage itself is way out of alignment. Front to back ...

Imagination to Reality i2R or Shark HD5
I currently own a Piranha XL and have been happy with it. I do find the 12 inch size a limitation. Even just having the extra room for clamping would be helpful. I really like the pendant option with USB functionality. I had planned on upgrading to the Shark HD, but ran across the i2R. It looks like...
