I have had the same issue with the z axis touchplate. For me, I was able to double check to make sure that I'm actually getting a good, solid red screen (no flickering) with even the lightest of touch prior to to setting zero on the z (which for mine comes out to .625 which is the thickness of the p...

Hello from Midlothian, TX!
Intermediate woodworker just getting into CNC. Thought the SD120 would be a good entry point. Already learned enough to get an idea of how much more there is to learn! Hoping this is the place to continuing that CNC education.
