Re: unsupported file error
OK my fellow CNC'ers. I need a little help. I'm a new guy to the CNC world. I recently downloaded some projects from ESTY that were STL File extensions. I also run Vetric Desktop software on my CNC (NewWave Shark 110). My CNC (NewWave Shark 110) uses .crv (Drawing) and .tap files (Toolpath) to carve...

Re: Difficulties with router mounting plates
Hi Flat Toad, I recently purchased a DWP611 Router for my NextWave SD110. I didn't have to change out my plate. My dewalt fit really good without changing plates. If it were me in your shoes I would first call NextWave and find out which plate was intended for the Bosch. They might have another plat...

Re: SD110 Spoil Board and Tramming
OMG, Thumbs up to you!!! That spoiler Board is exactly what I am looking to do. Since you've already done it, would you have a problem sharing any CNC plans or other plans you have for it. About the nylon hardware sizes and where you got them. I went to Home Depot yesterday and they have no nylon fa...

Re: Question about Shark SD110
Hey SD110er"s, I also realized that you don't get the full 2"x18" bed on the SD110. There isn't quite enough working room once you set it up. What got me was the word "Work Tabel". I figured that was the area you have to work with. But when I really looked at it, I came up with a safe work area of a...

Re: Spoil Board
Hello and yes, you're correct by never including the spoil board with material thickness. So, I have a question for you. what kind of spoil board did you make for the Shark? I just bought a Shark SD110 and wondering what spoiler board to go with. Suggestions welcomed. Thanks in advance.

Re: SD110 Spoil Board and Tramming
Hello SD110, I too am new to the CNC world. I saw this video that I think will help you. Go to you tube and watch the video "CNC Router Spoil board Surfacing Bit FEEDS and SPEEDS - Garrett Fromme". He will give you a good idea on how to resurface your spoil board but also how to make it work in the ...
