Upgrading to spindle suggestions

I recently started running longer project, ie 15hrs +, on my shark pro. I've started having Dewalt router issues and think probably it's time to upgrade to a spindle that's designed for longer run times. I don't have any experience doing this and with all the alternatives out there would appreciate ...

I would definitely be interested in this but, haven't received an email with the offer so I guess having bought mine from Rockler makes me ineligible ( seems like they would extend the offer to all registered owners )

Bob, your last example is exactly what I was carving ( date below name ) how do you get the pocket to follow the curve of the ribbon I don't remember there being a box to check like there is with the vcarve toolpath

Fixing an oops

I just finished carving a heart for a friends daughter, but carved 20013 instead of 2013 ( my wife and I both previewed the cut but neither one caught the error ) is there a good way to fill this in with enough stability in the area to recut or is it time to chalk this up to experience and just redo...

Thanks, I slowed it down to 50 ipm and carved the last three with no problem.
