MAKO Shark HD-Adjustable bearings

Also are the motors 269 oz in still? Or are they using bigger motors. They mention more torque and speed and i am wondering if th...

Re: Bob's Super Simple 4th Axis

excellent work. Sadly tho it seems many customers are doing this because the engineers at Next Wave Automation are dragging their feet (been waiting years now) on putting one on the market.

Re: 3D cuts

Or copy the vector an eighth of an inch in and use a .25 v-bit to do a interior profile cut. Then it would give u that v shaped cut like the rest of your pattern

Re: Bosch vs DeWalt vs Ridgid for the Sharks

It sounds to me as if the brushes in your router motor are wearing out. New ones are less than $10 bucks. What happens is when they begin to wear out past a certain point the electricity begins to arc with a sort of snap crackle pop sort of noise. The Bosch Colt is an excellent machine. I recently g...

Re: My System

That is VERY bad a$$! What type of supports for the long axis? How do you order them like that? Can you get better motors? Sorry for twenty questions, but I sold my Pro to upgrade to the PLUS and i would sure prefer a set-up like that. Any chance you could post some pics of the different axis's?

Re: Letter Routing Capability

I would do what Tim says and download free fonts off of the internet. You will be able to match the font there. When you download the font it will be a compressed file. Unzip it and go to Control Panel then open the Fonts file. Save the font into this file. Your new fonts can be uploaded directly in...
