Or copy the vector an eighth of an inch in and use a .25 v-bit to do a interior profile cut. Then it would give u that v shaped cut like the rest of your pattern

Try using that pie shape vector and assigning it as a pocket same depth as the rest of the carving

That is VERY bad a$$! What type of supports for the long axis? How do you order them like that? Can you get better motors? Sorry for twenty questions, but I sold my Pro to upgrade to the PLUS and i would sure prefer a set-up like that. Any chance you could post some pics of the different axis's?

I would do what Tim says and download free fonts off of the internet. You will be able to match the font there. When you download the font it will be a compressed file.
